TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms of service apply to all services ordered, both onsite services and remote support services, from Hucor Technologies Ltd.

SERVICE AREA
Hucor Technologies Ltd. is dedicated to servicing the Trumbull county area. If a location lies beyond the standard Service Area, additional travel charges may apply.

LOCATION ACCESS
The Hucor Technologies Ltd. Technician must have 1) access to the residence or business 2.) access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, 3) the client's consent and cooperation to enter the residence or business, 4) the client's consent and cooperation to service the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s), 5) a safe working environment and work space, 6) electrical power, and 7) Internet connectivity. If the Hucor Technologies Ltd. Technician determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied and up to a $99 cancellation charge assessed.

ADULT MUST BE PRESENT
For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the Hucor Technologies Ltd. technician arrives, services will be denied and up to a $99 cancellation charge will be assessed.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & DATA BACKUP
The client understands and agrees that prior to contacting or consenting Hucor Technologies Ltd. to perform diagnostic repair and/or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. The client acknowledges and agrees that Hucor Technologies Ltd. shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss, alteration, or corruption of data, files, and/or software. The client is responsible for the proper, legally-licensed operating system and software.

SERVICE ESTIMATES
An estimate as required for any service shall be given to the customer by Hucor Technologies Ltd., and Hucor Technologies Ltd. may not charge for work done or parts supplied in excess of the estimate without prior consent of the customer. When provided, Hucor Technologies Ltd. may charge a reasonable fee for services provided to determine the nature of the malfunction when preparing an estimate for service.

HARDWARE & SOFTWARE
Hardware and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual warranty as applied by the manufacturer. Additional charges apply for required (or optional) hardware and software upgrades needed to complete the requested service.

REMOTE ONLINE SUPPORT
By utilizing Hucor Technologies remote support services, you (on behalf of yourself and / or the legal entity you represent) agree:

  • to grant remote access to your computer for the purposes of providing remote technical support and that you are authorized to grant access to computer or device.
  •  that all remote services and software are provided as-is and at your own risk. You acknowledge and understand that support personnel providing you with support services may not be familiar with interconnections, settings, or special applications on your device or all purposes to which your device is used for or for which the device is connected to.
  • not to display any unnecessary, personally identifiable information (such as Social Security Number; Date of Birth; Driver License Number; Credit Card Number, Bank Account Number, etc.) If you submit any Sensitive Information, you do so at your own risk and Hucor Technologies Ltd. will not be liable or responsible for any consequences from your submission.
  • that for the purposes of providing technical support and a resolution, you may be asked, to provide personally identifiable data or confidential data (including emails and/or passwords) to Hucor Technologies Ltd staff when necessary to resolve the support issue, data from your device that is identifiable to you may be collected and sent to Hucor Technologies Ltd. for troubleshooting and problem resolution analysis. Any information stored on your computer or viewed by our computer repair technicians during a remote support call will be held confidential, unless required by law. Private, confidential, personal information provided to The Hucor Technologies Ltd. will be kept confidential. Your information is never sold or shared to outside companies. All such collected data will be processed in accordance to Hucor Technologies Ltd. Privacy Policy.
  • that any suggestion or resolution provided by Hucor Technologies Ltd. to resolve the issue is intended for the requested support problem and is not intended for other purposes.
  • to hold harmless The Hucor Technologies Ltd. for any and all data or software that may be lost or erased, as well as for any consequence of the erasure or loss of that data or software. Hucor Technologies Ltd. will take every precaution to preserve all data and software on the computer and that you understand that occasionally data loss can occur and/or software operation may be compromised and that you are responsible for a valid backup of any data and applications prior to any remote support activities.
  • to indemnify and to hold harmless Hucor Technologies Ltd. for any and all hardware or software malfunctions or accidents that may occur before, during or after work has been performed on a system, and for any results thereof.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To change or to cancel your order, you must contact Hucor Technologies Ltd. at 330-219-8301 at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service. Hucor Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate client's first choice of date and time.

SERVICE WARRANTY
If you are not satisfied with services received from Hucor Technologies Ltd., please call 330-219-8301 for a resolution. We warrant our services for 5 days following the date you received service; however, for repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, the service warranty is valid only if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed and updated during the repair or promptly thereafter. If there is a problem with the service provided and if you notify us within the warranty period, we will work to remedy the problem at no additional cost.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS
HUCOR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL REQUESTED SERVICES AND INSTEAD REFUND YOUR PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT YOUR TECHNICAL NEEDS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY HUCOR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. HUCOR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL HUCOR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, PERIPHERALS, OR NETWORK BY HUCOR TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
